- • As a Customer Success Manager at Notion Labs in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, adoption, retention, and expansion for a product that empowers individuals and enterprises to customize their software to solve real-world problems—from Fortune 500 companies managing global teams to individuals organizing personal projects. Your work will directly impact customer outcomes by helping them unlock the full potential of Notion, particularly through AI-powered workflows, ensuring they achieve measurable business value and long-term success.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will own the post-sale customer lifecycle for a book of named accounts, including onboarding, AI adoption, value delivery, and renewal execution; develop customized success plans aligned with each customer’s objectives; lead hands-on AI workshops to build and deploy tailored workflows that address specific business challenges; cultivate Notion champions and advocates within customer organizations to drive internal adoption; conduct regular business reviews with senior stakeholders to communicate realized value and ROI; collaborate closely with Account Executives to identify and qualify expansion opportunities within existing accounts; innovate on Customer Success programs by designing and refining playbooks and processes based on customer learnings; and deeply master the Notion product to share insights with the Product team that influence future roadmap decisions.
- • You will join an early-stage Customer Success team at Notion, where your contributions will help define, refine, and scale the function as the company grows rapidly. As an in-person organization requiring three Anchor Days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) in the Singapore office, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment that values creativity, ownership, and impact—where small teams achieve outsized results through focus, design, and craft.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in customer lifecycle management, AI-enabled workflow design, and enterprise value articulation, while honing your ability to influence product strategy through frontline customer insights. You’ll have the opportunity to shape Notion’s Customer Success motion from the ground up, build scalable processes, and grow as a strategic advisor trusted by senior stakeholders—all while contributing to a mission that makes software toolmaking accessible to everyone.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven success in a Customer Success or Account Management role, with experience driving the full customer journey from adoption to renewal
- • Strong discovery skills to uncover customer challenges and connect them to tailored, value-driven solutions
- • Ability to articulate customer value clearly and present it effectively to senior stakeholders, including executives
- • Comfort with technical concepts and willingness to learn and apply AI tools to build and implement workflows that solve business problems
- • Proven ability to build Customer Success playbooks and new processes based on customer learnings and cross-functional collaboration
- • Capacity to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, foundational team environment
