📋 Description
- • Own the full client journey for mid-market and enterprise clients in Southern EMEA, guiding them from onboarding through adoption, value realization, and expansion with intentionality and consistency.
- • Serve as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, acting as their most important point of contact at CoachHub and ensuring seamless, high-touch relationship management.
- • Develop and execute client activation plans, success metrics, and coaching playbooks that directly link client objectives to CoachHub’s offerings, making business value visible through data, stories, and measurable outcomes.
- • Lead Executive Business Reviews that go beyond reporting—demonstrating ROI, uncovering growth opportunities, and influencing senior stakeholders to convert renewal conversations into expansion deals.
- • Act as the internal voice of the client, proactively channeling feedback to Product, Engineering, and other teams to improve the platform and preempt potential issues before they escalate.
- • Educate and inspire clients through workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to embed coaching into their L&D programs, leadership initiatives, and organizational transformation agendas.
- • Collaborate closely with sales partners to align on client strategy, ensure smooth handoffs, and co-create growth plans that reflect client needs and CoachHub’s capabilities.
- • Leverage a data-driven approach to prioritize actions, identify at-risk accounts, and demonstrate impact through clear, actionable insights tied to client success metrics.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with HR, L&D, leadership development, or coaching ecosystems to accelerate client onboarding and enhance credibility in strategic discussions.
- • Contribute to a team culture rooted in coaching, curiosity, and continuous improvement—sharing best practices, supporting peers, and embracing feedback as a tool for personal and collective growth.
- • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift rapidly, requiring strong self-organization, adaptability, and initiative.
- • Represent CoachHub across diverse geographies including Spain, Italy, France, and the Middle East, ensuring culturally aware and linguistically precise client interactions.
- • Drive client retention and revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding targets for renewal rates, upsell/cross-sell, and customer satisfaction.
- • Promote CoachHub’s mission by demonstrating how coaching transforms individual performance and organizational culture, making the work feel meaningful and impactful every day.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably within technology-enabled services or HR tech
- • Native-level or full business proficiency in English
- • French or Italian language proficiency at a business level (strong plus)
- • Proven track record of hitting retention and growth targets
- • Executive presence with ability to engage C-suite and senior stakeholders
- • Familiarity with HR, L&D, leadership development, or coaching concepts (meaningful advantage)
