- • The Customer Success Manager role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership success within Viseven’s global MarTech operations serving Pharma and LifeScience leaders.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, driving product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client business goals.
- • The team operates within a fast-growing, globally distributed organization of over 700 professionals across development, design, business analysis, project management, delivery, sales, marketing, and customer success, with offices in Ukraine, Poland, Estonia, India, and the US.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in Pharma and LifeScience MarTech solutions, strengthen strategic account management skills, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives impacting top-tier global clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within B2B SaaS or technology environments
- • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry and its digital transformation needs
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with stakeholders across global teams and client organizations
- • Ability to analyze client usage data and feedback to drive product adoption and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- • Experience working in multicultural, distributed teams across multiple time zones
- • Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus given the Bogotá location
