- • As a Customer Success Manager at Spellbook Legal Inc., you will be the primary advocate for mid-market and enterprise clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the AI-powered legal contract platform and driving long-term retention and expansion.
- • You will manage a portfolio of accounts, lead onboarding and training, conduct quarterly business reviews, address client objections, analyze usage data to demonstrate ROI, and coordinate renewals and upsell opportunities while collaborating with product and support teams.
- • Spellbook is a fast-growing AI legal tech company backed by top-tier investors, serving over 4,000 law firms and legal teams with its Microsoft Word-integrated contract automation platform, recently backed by $50M in Series B funding.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS customer success, legal technology adoption, and enterprise account management, while gaining exposure to data-driven retention strategies and product feedback loops that directly influence innovation.
