📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end customer lifecycle for mid-size and enterprise OEM and EMS accounts across the US, Canada, and Mexico, including onboarding, adoption, health scoring, and renewal
  • Conduct interactive onboarding sessions, training workshops, and customer education programs to drive rapid time-to-value
  • Drive net revenue retention through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and contract expansion initiatives
  • Monitor customer engagement and health data to proactively identify and mitigate churn risks
  • Translate customer feedback into structured, actionable insights for product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities
  • Stay informed on electronics industry trends and supply chain challenges impacting customer operations and decision-making
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and enhance customer success outcomes, aligning with Luminovo’s product-first approach
  • Pioneer the customer success function in North America by shaping processes, messaging, and execution strategies from the ground up
  • Collaborate closely with North American Sales Lead, Revenue Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to align customer outcomes with business goals
  • Work within HubSpot CRM to manage customer data, forecast renewals, track sequences, and generate performance dashboards
  • Participate in occasional travel for team retreats and industry events, with all expenses covered by the company
  • Operate remotely from Austin, Texas, or anywhere in Texas, with access to Luminovo’s growing Austin hub as a future primary US location
  • Engage with a global, international team based in Munich, Berlin, New York, and other global cities, fostering cross-regional collaboration
  • Serve as the primary customer advocate within Luminovo, ensuring customer voice directly informs product development and operational improvements
  • Maintain fluency in English to serve English-speaking customers across North America, with Spanish or French fluency as a valued asset for expanding regional reach
  • Embrace a self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset to build and scale a new market presence without a predefined playbook
  • Contribute to a culture centered on psychological safety, impact-driven work, and putting people first, as core company principles

🎯 Requirements

  • Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS with ownership of retention and expansion targets
  • Proven ability to run onboarding workshops and customer training sessions
  • Strong commercial instinct with experience in renewal negotiations and identifying growth opportunities
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to prioritizing and managing a customer portfolio
  • Self-directed and motivated by building new processes in a ground-floor market role
  • Fluency in English
