- • As a Customer Success Manager for Vertica at Rocket Companies, you will engage new product customers and maximize the value of their Rocket investments by aligning customer goals with intelligent insights and proactively optimizing outcomes.
- • You will work closely with your account team to understand customer business environments, document product usage, build strong relationships, and define what success means to each customer.
- • You will partner with Account Executives for business reviews, collaborate with Renewals on risk mitigation, and work with Retention Marketing to drive engagement, identify advocates, and create case studies.
- • You will manage the full customer lifecycle—onboarding, feedback loops, advocacy, risk management, and value campaigns—using Gainsight and AI tools to track engagement and derive insights.
- • You will contribute to a customer-first culture, support renewals and expansion, and help shape the Customer Success organization while embodying Rocket’s core values of Empathy, Humanity, Trust, and Love.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in Customer Success Management with proven success in strategic customer relationships and Fortune 500 account experience
- • Bachelor’s Degree required
- • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce preferred; familiarity with Vertica products and relational database/analytics strongly desired
