- • As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) - West Coast at Edsights, Inc., you will own a portfolio of college and university partners, serving as their trusted advisor while driving renewals and expansion in a mission-driven SaaS environment focused on student success through AI-powered insights.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading regular partner check-ins and strategic business reviews, conducting quarterly campus visits to strengthen relationships, managing the full renewal cycle, identifying and closing expansion opportunities, and developing product adoption strategies tied to institutional goals.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless partner experience, analyze partner data to uncover trends and risks, and act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product improvements.
- • Edsights is a fast-growing EdTech company backed by $80M from JMI Equity, partnering with 300+ colleges and universities to improve student persistence and success through its Student Voice Intelligence platform. - • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS customer success within the education sector, strengthen your ability to drive retention and expansion, influence product strategy through customer insights, and grow your leadership in a high-impact, mission-aligned organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management in B2B SaaS
- • Proven track record of owning and closing renewals and expansion within a book of business
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Strong relationship-building skills with experience influencing senior or executive stakeholders
- • Comfort working with data and translating insights into compelling partner-facing narratives
- • Genuine passion for education, student success, and Edsights’ mission
