- • As a Customer Success Manager at Redis, you will serve as the primary lead for high-value enterprise customers, driving product adoption, retention, and expansion through strategic relationship management and technical guidance.
- • You will own the end-to-end customer journey—from onboarding and implementation to post-launch growth—ensuring clients achieve their business goals using Redis’s technology while identifying opportunities for deeper engagement.
- • You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable insights, mitigate churn risks, and develop tailored account strategies that align with both customer objectives and company goals.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS, NoSQL technologies, and customer lifecycle management while developing leadership skills in cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and client advocacy—positioning you for long-term growth in customer success or account management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in Customer Success or account management within enterprise software or technology environments.
- • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients, including driving adoption, expansion, and retention through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
- • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage global stakeholders.
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
- • Demonstrated aptitude and curiosity to learn technical concepts, particularly around NoSQL databases, distributed systems, or caching technologies (experience with Redis or similar is a plus).
- • Excellent organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities to handle multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
