  • • Support end-to-end contracting operations during peak season for 100+ new and renewal contracts, ensuring timely execution and accuracy across systems.
  • • Upload legal contracts into Ironclad, manage version control, and validate data integrity within the contract lifecycle management system.
  • • Monitor signature status of contracts and provide real-time visibility into the health and progress of the contracting pipeline.
  • • Conduct audits of executed agreements to verify deal terms, metadata mapping, and adherence to internal contracting standards.
  • • Run deal pricing through Pearlsights, Pearl Health’s internal underwriting tool, and recommend optimal pricing options for specific clients.
  • • Contribute to final provider roster submissions by uploading data, validating metadata, allocating TINs and tracks, and coordinating pricing details.
  • • Manage final allocation of provider rosters within RMS, Pearl’s internal roster management system, ensuring alignment with contract terms.
  • • Ensure client roster attestations are completed accurately and on schedule, with all required documentation properly filed.
  • • Track key submission milestones across contracting and rostering workflows, proactively identifying and escalating risks to relevant teams.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Customer Success, and ACO Operations teams to align on contract and roster requirements.
  • • Draft clear, concise status updates, escalation summaries, and stakeholder-facing communications to maintain transparency across teams.
  • • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple parallel workflows under seasonal urgency.
  • • Ensure all final deal terms are accurately reflected in both contracts and internal reporting systems.
  • • Operate independently in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet October 30, 2026 contract end date.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-3 years of experience in operations, customer success operations, revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or related functions
  • • Experience working cross-functionally across operational, commercial, and technical teams
  • • Strong coordination instincts — ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and surface the right issues to the right people
  • • Clear written communicator — comfortable drafting escalation summaries, status updates, and stakeholder-facing notes
  • • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with seasonal urgency
  • • Experience using CRM/CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad) and internal operational tools (e.g., Pearlsights, RMS)
