📋 Description

  • As a Customer Success Operations Manager (Lead), you will bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence to the Customer Success function at Onhires Inc., a company building the future of AI-powered business communication by embedding intelligent agents into ATS and CRM systems for enterprise staffing and workforce organizations.
  • You will set and enforce standards across the team, own onboarding processes and documentation quality, review calls to provide actionable feedback, manage a portfolio of high-impact strategic accounts, track onboarding timelines and account health, and drive cross-functional alignment with Product and Engineering to ensure scalable solutions.
  • You will work within a growing, innovative company focused on scaling AI-driven communication tools, where your role is critical to making Customer Success structured, scalable, and high-performing as the product expands.
  • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS Customer Success operations, gain influence over process design and scalability, build leadership experience as a player-coach, and directly impact retention, expansion, and customer outcomes through data-driven operational improvements.
