  • • As a Customer Success Partner, Mid-Market at CreatorIQ, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value mid-market customers, nurturing collaborative partnerships to drive meaningful outcomes through their influencer marketing programs and ensuring long-term platform adoption and success.
  • • Day to day, you will build multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders through virtual and in-person engagement, lead strategic business reviews and success planning sessions, analyze customer usage data to identify risks and opportunities, collaborate with Implementation, Services, and Product Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and issue resolution, maintain detailed account plans and documentation, and act as the customer’s internal advocate by channeling feedback into product and experience improvements.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in influencer marketing strategy and the CreatorIQ platform, strengthen your consultative and relationship-management skills, drive measurable impact on customer retention and expansion, and grow into a trusted advisor who shapes both customer success and internal product roadmaps through data-informed advocacy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to engage multi-threaded stakeholders
  • • Experience driving platform adoption, value realization, and retention in a subscription-based business model
  • • Ability to analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify risks, opportunities, and trends
  • • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Implementation, Services, Product, and Support teams
  • • Familiarity with influencer marketing or digital marketing ecosystems is a plus
