- • As a Customer Success Representative at roadsurfer GmbH in Miami, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking RV rentals and outdoor adventure experiences, playing a vital role in shaping memorable travel journeys while supporting the company’s mission to build a sustainable outdoor travel ecosystem.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing personalized customer assistance via phone and email, guiding prospects through the booking process with detailed information on RV rentals, services, and accessories; handling first-level support for issues such as damage claims, breakdowns, and equipment troubleshooting with empathy and efficiency; managing CRM and booking operations by coordinating updates, changes, and cancellations using ticketing systems and Microsoft Suite tools; and collaborating closely with internal teams including product development, international stations, sales, and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery and escalation resolution.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with inbound/outbound call experience desired
- • Strong communication skills and fluency in English; multilingual ability is a plus
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
- • Quick problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a fast learner mindset and strong attention to detail
- • Open availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed to meet business hours (Monday–Sunday, 06:00–20:00 PST)
- • Genuine passion for camping, travel, road trips, and exploring new destinations
