- • As a Customer Success Representative at Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Silverware’s solutions while driving retention, satisfaction, and growth. This role is critical to helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive through seamless software and payment experiences.
- • Day to day, you will own the ongoing Silverware relationship with assigned customers, act as a trusted advisor, identify opportunities for sales add-ons and integrations, advocate for customer needs, track helpdesk tickets for trends, collaborate with Sales on upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and serve as Project Manager on new product enhancements and integrations within a Scrum environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of relevant customer success or account management experience
- • Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
- • Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
- • Experience building and maintaining relationships while driving customer engagement
- • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help customers reach their goals
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support, Implementations)
