- • Own the ongoing relationship with assigned healthcare customers, driving adoption and ensuring they realize real value from our platform.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact, acting as the connective tissue between customers and internal teams.
- • Translate customer needs into outcomes, surfacing feedback and advocating as the voice of the customer.
- • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within accounts to support retention and growth.
- • Travel approximately 25% to engage with customers on the ground.
- • Key Responsibilities
- • Partner with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to help them grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement.
- • Our platform sits at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, helping providers capture more value across the full patient lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in healthtech, or in a healthcare setting working closely with health technology (e.g., athenahealth or similar platforms).
- • Strong understanding of the pace and nuance of healthcare, with a track record of building durable customer relationships.
- • Organized, proactive, and energized by solving customer problems.
- • Clear communicator who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
- • Customer success experience specifically within healthtech is a strong plus.
