- ⢠As a Customer Success Representative (Part Time) at roadsurfer GmbH, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers across North America, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service that supports the companyâs mission to make outdoor adventure accessible, sustainable, and joyful. Your work directly contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the seamless execution of RV rental experiences from inquiry to post-trip support.
- ⢠Day to day, you will provide personalized customer assistance by responding to inquiries via phone and email, offering tailored guidance on RV rentals, accessories, and booking options while ensuring every interaction reflects the companyâs friendly, optimistic, and helpful brand voice. You will act as a first-level support agent, troubleshooting RV-related issues such as mechanical concerns, equipment malfunctions, or damage claims with empathy and efficiency, coordinating with station teams to resolve problems swiftly and minimize customer disruption. You will manage CRM and booking operations using ticketing systems and Microsoft Suite tools to process changes, cancellations, and updates to reservations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. Collaboration is keyâyou will work closely with product development, international stations, sales, and internal Customer Success teams to align on service improvements, escalate complex issues when needed, and share insights that enhance the overall customer journey. You will also support team goals by embracing a âbrutal hands-onâ mindset, taking initiative to address business needs without hesitation, and contributing to a culture of trust, openness, and shared responsibility.

- ⢠In this role, you will develop strong customer service expertise in a dynamic, international setting, gaining hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Zendesk, refining your problem-solving and communication skills, and learning how to balance empathy with operational efficiency in high-touch customer interactions. You will also build valuable cross-functional collaboration abilities, deepen your knowledge of the RV and outdoor travel industry, and grow your confidence in managing multiple prioritiesâskills that are transferable and highly valued across customer-facing roles in tech, travel, and hospitality sectors.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with inbound/outbound call experience desired
- ⢠Strong communication skills and fluency in English; multilingual ability is a plus
- ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and comfort with technology; knowledge of Zendesk or similar CRM systems is a plus
- ⢠Quick problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a detail-oriented and fast-learning mindset
- ⢠Open availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays to meet business needs (MondayâSunday, 06:00â20:00 PST)
- ⢠Experience in car rental, car dealership, or U-Haul industries is a plus; genuine enthusiasm for camping, travel, and road trips is expected
