- • As a Customer Success Specialist at Veeam Software Group GmbH, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term retention by driving success outcomes for customers using Veeam’s data resilience and AI security solutions. You will operate within a pooled Success model to support customers without a dedicated Customer Success Engineer, focusing on the Velocity and Commercial–Inside segments.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring customer health via telemetry and the Veeam Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM), conducting platform health checks, identifying churn and expansion risks, and facilitating success sessions and QBRs to align product usage with business outcomes and ROI.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Engineers to execute scaled campaigns, update customer health data in Gainsight, and translate customer feedback into improved journey playbooks and product adoption strategies.
