📋 Description

• As a Customer Success Specialist at Pearl Talent (placed with a fast‑growing homebuilding SaaS client), you will own the customer support inbox and be the primary contact for all inbound customer communication.
• Day to day, you will resolve inquiries, triage backend work, improve documentation, and coordinate asynchronously with internal teams.
• The client provides operational workflows, customer communication, and document management tools for builders and contractors, scaling support as product adoption grows.
• In this role, you can directly improve retention, reduce response times, and build a high‑quality, scalable support function.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer support, customer success, or similar role.
• Strong written English with clarity, precision, and high emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume inboxes in async, remote environments with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to full US Eastern Time (ET) overlap and long‑term ET hours.
• Experience with Intercom, Linear, JIRA, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Skilled at triage, creating clear internal tickets, and following up on backend requests.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to maintain inbox organization and prioritization.
• Nice‑to‑have: SaaS experience, knowledge‑base writing, Zendesk/Notion/Confluence familiarity.
