- • As a Customer Success Team Lead (Night shift) at CyberCare B.V., you will lead, coach, train, and motivate a team of customer care professionals to deliver exceptional support for global tech brands, ensuring smooth, stress-free experiences for millions of users worldwide.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing team operations, monitoring performance metrics, providing real-time feedback and coaching, resolving escalated customer issues, and ensuring service level agreements are met during night shift hours.
- • You will be part of CyberCare, a customer care company within the Tesonet Accelerator ecosystem, serving global technology brands with a blend of AI-powered automation and human-centered support across 450+ professionals.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and people management skills, gain experience in scaling customer success operations in a fast-paced tech environment, and contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention for international clients.

- • Proven experience in leading, coaching, and motivating customer-facing teams
- • Strong ability to oversee day-to-day operations and achieve team objectives
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and motivating staff
- • Capability to handle escalated customer issues and ensure service quality
- • Adaptability to work night shifts and manage remote or distributed teams
