📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) at Broadcom, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, driving the adoption and value realization of VMware technologies through technical guidance, success planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing Success Plans aligned with customer business objectives, conducting technology assessments and roadmap reviews, delivering solution guidance and best practices, optimizing operations, and providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence feature development and remove adoption barriers.
• • You will join a customer-focused, collaborative Technical Adoption Management team within Broadcom’s Customer Success organization, which values diversity, innovation, and continuous learning, and is committed to helping customers achieve long-term success through technology.
• • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in VMware solutions, develop strong business acumen, enhance your consulting and communication skills, and work toward achieving VCP certification while building lasting customer relationships and contributing to product improvement through real-world feedback.
