- • As a Customer Support Manager at LoveStream.io, you will own day-to-day customer support operations while helping scale processes, team, and customer experience for a high-growth events technology company powering thousands of live and virtual experiences across the U.S.
- • You will act as the primary escalation point for customer issues, handle complex inquiries via phone, email, and chat, lead and support a distributed team of part-time support representatives, assist with hiring and onboarding, conduct coaching and performance feedback, create documentation and SOPs, identify recurring issues to improve workflows, diagnose and resolve product-related technical issues during live events, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and leadership teams to surface customer feedback and build a scalable support organization.
- • LoveStream is a high-growth events technology company that started in weddings and hospitality and has expanded into corporate events, brand activations, and enterprise experiences for major global companies; The Role sits at the intersection of customer success, support operations, and team leadership within a fast-paced startup environment.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and operational expertise in scaling customer support, gain deep technical proficiency with LoveStream’s platform, build scalable processes and SOPs, enhance your ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, and grow your impact by shaping the support function as the company expands.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of customer support or customer experience in a technical environment
- • Experience managing or mentoring support team members
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills
- • Comfortable handling customer calls and escalations
- • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot software/platform issues
- • Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
