  • As a Customer Support Officer at Kaizen Asset Management Services, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their interactions with our leading property management firm.
  • You will be instrumental in upholding Kaizen's reputation as the first ISO 9001:2015 certified provider in Dubai, known for its comprehensive solutions in Property Management, Community Management, Owner Affairs, Unit Management, and Handover Services.
  • Your role will involve responding promptly and professionally to a wide range of customer inquiries and complaints, utilizing various communication channels including phone and email, to address their needs effectively.
  • A key responsibility will be to provide accurate and detailed information regarding our extensive property portfolio, including amenities, leasing options, and community features, empowering customers with the knowledge they need.
  • You will guide customers through our online platforms, offering assistance with navigation and proactively resolving any technical issues they might encounter, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
  • This position requires close collaboration with various internal departments, including leasing, maintenance, and finance, to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of customer issues and requests, acting as a crucial liaison.
  • Maintaining meticulous and accurate records of all customer interactions within our CRM system will be essential for tracking, analysis, and continuous service improvement.
  • You will play a vital role in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, identifying trends, pain points, and areas for enhancement, and subsequently recommending appropriate actions to management.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team will be part of your duties, contributing to the development and implementation of customer engagement initiatives designed to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, market conditions within Dubai's dynamic real estate sector, and competitor activities will be crucial for providing valuable insights and context to our customers.
  • You will be involved in conducting customer satisfaction surveys, actively utilizing the collected feedback to refine and elevate our service delivery standards.
  • Beyond direct customer interaction, you will also provide essential administrative support as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the customer support function.
