- • As a Customer Value Architect at Neara Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, value realization, and expansion of Neara’s AI-powered digital twin platform for electricity grids, directly impacting how the world’s largest utilities build resilience against extreme weather and structural stress.
- • Your day-to-day will involve working closely with high-value customers—including on-site engagements—to ensure successful platform adoption, validate business outcomes, translate technical capabilities into quantifiable ROI, and serve as a trusted advisor on strategic implementation, change management, and workflow integration.
- • You will collaborate with Neara’s Sales and Deployment teams to design and deliver targeted training, identify expansion opportunities, and inform account strategies based on emerging customer needs and strategic insights gathered from deep stakeholder engagement.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in the energy and infrastructure sectors, master Neara’s engineering-grade platform, and grow as a strategic advisor who bridges technical innovation with measurable business value in a mission-driven, high-growth environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience as a Data & Analytics Consultant, Technology Consultant, or Management Consultant in a consulting firm or software provider, managing enterprise-level client strategy and engagement.
- • Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in programming, data integration, and using tools like macros or software languages to build tailored, data-driven solutions for clients.
- • Proven track record of developing customer value and ROI frameworks that connect complex technical solutions to client strategic and business priorities.
- • Deep familiarity with enterprise software platforms, large-scale deployments, and change management.
- • Experience with utilities, digital twin software, or grid modernization initiatives is highly desirable; background in broader infrastructure or energy sector is a major plus.
- • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and build trusted relationships with cross-functional client teams.
