- • As a CX Engineer at Allspice Inc., you will serve as the primary technical advisor and post-sales partner for hardware engineering teams adopting the Allspice platform, directly enabling customer success, product adoption, and expansion opportunities by translating complex engineering workflows into scalable, measurable outcomes.
- • You will lead technical onboarding for new customers, guiding electrical engineering teams through deploying Allspice into their hardware development workflows, including importing ECAD projects, establishing Git-based collaboration practices, and training teams on collaborative design reviews for schematics and PCB layouts using the platform.
- • You will serve as the trusted technical advisor for customers integrating Allspice into their development processes, advising on best practices for version control, design review workflows, and engineering collaboration while supporting advanced use cases such as automated design checks, hardware CI-style workflows, and cross-team collaboration.
- • You will identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts by helping teams unlock deeper value from the platform, working closely with Account Executives to support expansion conversations and technical validation during growth opportunities.
- • You will troubleshoot technical issues related to ECAD files, repository structure, and integrations, capture customer feedback, and translate it into actionable insights for product and engineering teams, while creating technical documentation, playbooks, and enablement resources that help customers scale their usage of Allspice.
- • You will act as a technical partner to engineering leaders, helping them modernize their hardware development workflows by applying software development principles and AI technology to the hardware lifecycle, contributing to Allspice’s mission of redefining how a $6.5B+ industry designs, builds, and collaborates.
- • You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and revenue leadership to ensure customer feedback shapes product roadmap and technical strategy, operating in a fast-moving startup environment where processes are still evolving and ownership, initiative, and cross-functional alignment are paramount.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- • Strong technical communication skills and the ability to work directly with senior engineers and technical leadership
- • Experience working with ECAD tools such as Altium, KiCad, Cadence, OrCAD, or similar
- • Familiarity with Git workflows, commands, and clients, with experience using GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar platforms
- • Ability to diagnose complex technical problems and guide teams toward effective solutions
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales
- • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where processes are still evolving
- • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to balance multiple customer engagements simultaneously
- • Experience with Python scripting
