📋 Description
- • Own CX enablement knowledge strategy + systems globally, ensuring support teams can find accurate answers fast as Notion scales.
- • Design and evolve information architecture, governance, and quality standards for the internal knowledge base, making it a durable system of record for both humans and AI.
- • Partner with CX Enablement, Product Ops, QA, and Vendor Ops to maintain reliability and effectiveness of knowledge content and structure.
- • Work in-person on Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) in NYC to collaborate with the team and build the future of work together.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience owning an end-to-end knowledge system in knowledge management, CX enablement, technical writing, content ops, or adjacent roles.
- • Ability to design scalable information architecture (taxonomy/tagging/page structures) and run governance/review models that protect quality and reduce risk.
- • Demonstrated ability to run content QA, audit cadences, and freshness programs to maintain accuracy at scale.
- • Systems thinking and operational excellence: building durable processes that scale across contributors and withstand high change velocity.
- • Data-informed prioritization and AI literacy: using qualitative and quantitative signals to focus on high-impact work and understanding how structure affects AI/human retrieval.
