- • As a CX Specialist (French & English speaker) at Too Good To Go, you will be the face of the brand for users and partners in Canada, turning them into ambassadors by providing efficient, friendly, and inspiring customer care that drives action against food waste.
- • Day to day, you will be the main point of contact for users and partners via email, chat, and phone; respond to inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, App Store, Play Store, Google Reviews); handle priority situations with care; proactively reach out to users and stores when needed; and act as a brand ambassador by encouraging sustainable behaviours in all communications.
- • You will join the Canada superstar team at Too Good To Go, a certified B Corporation and global leader in the fight against food waste, operating a marketplace app that connects businesses with surplus food to consumers who rescue it at one-third of retail value, with over 133 million users and 261,000 partners across 21 countries having saved 517 million meals to date.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in customer experience within a mission-driven tech company, build skills in cross-functional communication by sharing user insights with internal teams locally and globally, and contribute to process improvements that empower partners and consumers to adopt more sustainable lifestyles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
- • Full written and verbal proficiency in both English and French (or Spanish and English)
- • Based in Ontario with availability to work Saturday to Wednesday, with days off on Thursday and Friday
- • Experience working with CRMs such as Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP
- • Detail-oriented with the ability to stay focused through repetitive tasks
- • Previous experience in a marketplace, large platform, or food industry is a bonus
