  • • As a CX Specialist (Spanish & English speaker) at Too Good To Go, you will be the frontline ambassador for our mission to fight food waste, directly engaging with users and partners across Canada to turn them into passionate advocates for sustainability through exceptional, empathetic customer service.
  • • You will be the main point of contact for users and partners, delivering outstanding support via email, chat, and phone while managing priority situations with care and proactively reaching out when needed to ensure seamless experiences and strengthen trust in our platform.
  • • You will engage with customers through social media channels including Facebook, App Store, Play Store, and Google Reviews, responding to feedback and reviews to uphold brand reputation and foster community dialogue around food waste reduction.
  • • You will help design and implement processes that inspire and empower both consumers and partners to adopt more sustainable behaviors using Too Good To Go, acting as a brand ambassador in every interaction to promote long-term engagement and loyalty.
  • • You will gather and communicate user and partner insights to internal teams locally and globally, ensuring customer voices shape product improvements, service enhancements, and strategic decisions across the organization.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Team Lead and a diverse, mission-driven team in Toronto and across our global network of over 1,200 teammates, contributing to a culture of learning, celebration, and continuous improvement in a high-growth, purpose-led scale-up.
  • • You will deepen your expertise in customer experience management within a mission-driven tech environment, developing advanced communication, conflict resolution, and CRM skills while gaining exposure to international operations, sustainability advocacy, and B Corp values in action.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
  • • Full written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English to communicate with users and partners
  • • Based in Toronto with availability to work Saturday to Wednesday
  • • Experience working with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP
  • • Detail-oriented individual able to stay focused through repetitive tasks
  • • Previous experience in a marketplace, big platform, or food industry is a bonus
