📋 Description

• • The Cyber Education Specialist at Optiv Security Inc. designs, develops, delivers, and supports high-quality cybersecurity learning experiences for external clients, blending instructional design, eLearning development, phishing simulation, platform administration, and client engagement ownership to strengthen the human side of cyber defense.
• • Day to day, the role involves creating engaging eLearning and microlearning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline, developing storyboards and scripts that translate technical cybersecurity topics into learner-friendly material, designing visual assets with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), administering LMS and phishing platforms, managing client engagements from kickoff to issue resolution, and collaborating with SMEs and internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and instructional quality.
