📋 Description

• As a Cyber Resilience Advisor - APAC, you will serve as a trusted, long-term embedded consultant for key customers across the APAC region, partnering with them to drive business outcomes and maximize the value of the Immersive One Platform through a programmatic approach to Cyber Workforce Resilience.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with customers to understand their business objectives and cybersecurity initiatives, establishing strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience, delivering Executive Business Reviews to C-level executives and technical stakeholders, driving adoption of the Immersive Labs Platform, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to serve as the voice of the customer and influence innovation.
• You will join a growing Customer Success team at Immersive Labs Limited, a global leader in cyber resilience solutions with over 300 employees worldwide, founded in 2017 and backed by more than $180 million in funding, recognized as a Best Place to Work and trusted by major brands including Citi, Pfizer, Humana, and HSBC.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise cybersecurity strategy, executive engagement, and customer success leadership while developing skills in program management, technical advisory, and cross-functional influence — positioning yourself as a strategic advisor who helps organizations mature their cyber resilience posture through sustained, value-driven partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role, plus experience in Customer Success or similar client-facing role
• Extensive experience consulting and presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals including computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards, with ability to articulate technical concepts in jargon-free manner
• Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments
• Experience leading technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cyber Security or Computer Science (desirable)
