- • As a Cyber Resilience Advisor at Immersive Labs, you will be a pivotal member of our dynamic Customer Success team, based in the UAE. This role is designed for a seasoned cybersecurity professional who thrives on building deep, long-term partnerships with key clients. You will be instrumental in driving tangible business outcomes for our customers by maximizing the value and impact of the Immersive One Platform. Your primary mission will be to architect and implement a programmatic approach to Cyber Workforce Resilience, ensuring our clients are not just prepared, but proactively resilient against the ever-evolving threat landscape.
- • Unlike traditional consultancy engagements that are often project-based and transactional, this position offers a unique, embedded, and continuous relationship with your assigned customers. You will become an extension of their team, dedicating your expertise and operational experience to simplify the complex journey towards cyber resilience. This involves a deep understanding of their existing cyber strategy and vision, and aligning the Immersive Labs platform to complement and enhance these efforts.
- • Your commitment to customer success will be paramount. You will act as a trusted, long-term advisor, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge across all facets of cybersecurity. Customers will rely on your insights and guidance to navigate their challenges, requiring you to be agile, adaptable, and possess strong on-the-spot problem-solving capabilities. Your interactions will span all levels of the customer organization, from C-suite executives to the frontline technical teams, ensuring that the benefits of enhanced cyber resilience are understood and adopted across the board.
- • Key responsibilities will include partnering closely with clients to thoroughly understand their business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes. You will be responsible for establishing clear strategies and actionable roadmaps that drive cyber workforce resilience through a structured, programmatic approach. This involves engaging effectively with C-level executives, technical cybersecurity professionals, and major business lines, often through the delivery of routine Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
- • Leveraging your extensive cybersecurity knowledge, you will provide expert recommendations for improving current programs and introduce new, innovative initiatives. A critical aspect of your role will be to drive the adoption and utilization of the Immersive Labs Platform, ensuring clients are extracting maximum value. You will also immerse yourself in the broader cybersecurity community to stay abreast of emerging threats, industry trends, and new technologies, bringing this knowledge back to benefit your clients.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with our Product, Content, and Engineering teams, acting as the voice of the customer to influence product innovation and roadmap development. You will support customers in operationalizing and integrating Immersive Labs into their existing cybersecurity programs sustainably, utilizing platform metrics, custom reports, and insightful data to demonstrate the value created throughout their resilience journey.
- • Furthermore, you will function as a primary escalation point and liaison between our Sales, Product leadership, and client accounts. You will be the initial sales team resource for addressing service delivery questions within your accounts. In partnership with the Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will assist in delivering impactful Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), providing executive-level reports and strategic insights that foster long-term account health and identify expansion opportunities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role, coupled with experience in a Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
- • Extensive experience in client-facing roles, with a proven ability to consult and present effectively to both C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- • Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear, jargon-free manner.
- • Hands-on experience with core IT fundamentals (computer hardware, software, databases, networking, security, and software development) and common security tools (e.g., IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), including experience with Windows & Linux operating systems and public cloud environments.
