• • As a Cyber Resilience Advisor (CRA) for Immersive Labs, you will play a pivotal role in bolstering the cyber resilience of our esteemed US Federal clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding Cyber Resilience Team (CRT) and directly contribute to the success of our Federal customer base. Your primary mission will be to partner closely with large, complex organizations, ensuring they achieve tangible business outcomes and realize a significant return on their investment in the Immersive Platform.
• • You will be instrumental in executing a comprehensive, programmatic approach to People-Centric Cyber Resilience, leveraging Immersive Labs' proprietary Cyber Resilience Methodology. This involves deeply understanding each customer's unique cybersecurity objectives, initiatives, and desired outcomes, and then crafting tailored strategies to enhance their overall resiliency.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to engaging a diverse range of cybersecurity stakeholders across customer organizations. This includes building rapport and trust with C-level executives, collaborating with technical cybersecurity professionals, and understanding the needs of major supporting lines of business. Your ability to communicate effectively at all levels will be crucial for driving adoption and demonstrating value.
• • Leveraging your extensive operational and technical cybersecurity knowledge, you will recommend and implement improvements to existing or new programs. This hands-on advisory capacity ensures that customers are not just using the Immersive Platform, but are strategically integrating it to maximize its value and impact.
• • A key aspect of this role involves staying at the forefront of the cybersecurity landscape. You will immerse yourself in the cybersecurity community, continuously monitoring evolving threats, emerging trends, and new technologies to ensure our clients receive the most relevant and effective guidance.
• • Collaboration is central to this role. You will act as the voice of the customer within Immersive Labs, working closely with internal product and content development teams. Your insights and feedback will directly influence product innovation and the creation of new, impactful content, ensuring our platform remains best-in-class.
• • You will guide customers in sustainably operationalizing and embedding the Immersive Platform into their core cybersecurity programs. This means moving beyond ad-hoc training to establishing robust, ongoing cyber resilience practices.
• • A significant part of your contribution will involve utilizing in-depth statistical analysis of platform metrics. You will translate this data into actionable intelligence and insights, providing a clear picture of customer capabilities, cyber preparedness levels, and their responsiveness to threats.
• • Developing custom reports and insightful narratives will be essential. These reports will not only highlight the value created by the Immersive Platform but also provide concrete recommendations for enhancing capability and resilience across the entire customer organization.
• • Working in tandem with the Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will assist in delivering impactful Executive Business Reviews (EBRs). These reviews will present executive-level reports and strategic insights, crucial for maintaining long-term account health and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
• • This role requires a proactive, consultative approach, focusing on building deep, trusted advisor relationships with our federal clients. You will be a key enabler of their cyber resilience journey, ensuring they are well-equipped to defend against and respond to the ever-changing threat landscape.
• • By championing a people-centric approach to cyber resilience, you will help organizations move beyond traditional security measures to build a truly resilient workforce capable of withstanding and recovering from cyber incidents.
