📋 Description

• As a Cyber Security Consultant in the APAC region, you will serve as a trusted, long-term embedded advisor to key customers, driving business outcomes and maximizing the value of the Immersive One Platform through a programmatic approach to Cyber Workforce Resilience.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with customers to understand their business objectives and cybersecurity initiatives, establishing strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience, delivering Executive Business Reviews to C-level executives and technical stakeholders, recommending improvements to security programs, driving platform adoption, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to influence innovation based on customer feedback.
• You will join Immersive Labs Limited, a global leader in cyber resilience solutions founded in 2017 and headquartered in Bristol, UK, with over 300 employees worldwide and more than $180 million in funding, recognized as a Best Place to Work and trusted by major brands including Citi, Pfizer, Humana, and HSBC.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise cybersecurity strategy, executive engagement, and customer success while developing influence over product direction and gaining experience in scaling cyber resilience programs across diverse APAC organizations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role, with additional experience in Customer Success or similar client-facing positions
• Extensive experience consulting and presenting to both C-level executives and technical stakeholders across all levels of an organization
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a jargon-free manner for diverse audiences
