• • As a Cybersecurity Consultant / Concierge Security Engineer 2 at Arctic Wolf Networks, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding security incidents reported by the Security Operations Center (SOC), helping to analyze structural weaknesses and support customer environments through technical documentation and troubleshooting.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with senior cybersecurity engineers on real-world client projects, analyze logs and events to identify threats, troubleshoot security issues under team guidance, share security best practices with non-technical contacts, and build trust-based relationships with customers.
