- • Serve as the technical lead for D365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform implementations across the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales through deployment and post-go-live support.
- • Collaborate directly with Solution Architects, Consultants, and clients to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions using D365 CE and the Power Platform.
- • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Azure services as needed to meet client-specific business needs.
- • Conduct functional and technical design sessions to define architecture patterns, data models, security frameworks, and integration points with existing enterprise systems.
- • Provide accurate project estimation, scope definition, and timeline planning for Power Platform and D365 CE initiatives based on technical complexity and client constraints.
- • Develop comprehensive technical documentation including solution architecture diagrams, configuration guides, API specifications, and deployment runbooks.
- • Perform rigorous testing of custom solutions including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and compliance with client standards.
- • Work within a fluid team environment alongside developers, analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical outcomes on schedule.
- • Support pre-sales activities by contributing technical expertise to proposals, demonstrations, and client presentations to secure new business opportunities.
- • Ensure all technical deliverables align with Microsoft best practices and MCA Connect’s standards for implementation quality and client satisfaction.
- • Travel as required to client sites for on-site engagements, workshops, and implementation support, with a home-based virtual office as the primary work location.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform updates, D365 CE enhancements, and emerging integration technologies to recommend innovative solutions to clients.
- • Act as a technical authority during client engagements, providing guidance on platform limitations, workarounds, and future-proofing strategies.
- • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of MCA Connect’s implementation methodologies and reusable components.
