📋 Description

• As a Principal Software Engineer for a new product at Veeva Systems, you will be a founding member of a team building a next major AI-driven platform that transforms how life sciences companies manage safety, regulatory, and clinical development.
• You will influence and help grow a codebase and engineering organization from the ground up, wearing multiple hats across the engineering organization, with a focus on using AI to drive engineering productivity and building products that apply AI in innovative ways to meaningful problems.
• Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization and pioneer in industry cloud, helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster, recognized as a public benefit corporation legally bound to balancing the interests of customers, employees, society, and investors.
• Within your first year, you will have live customers on the platform and a thriving, growing team behind it, directly accelerating how customers bring life-saving products to market while advancing your technical leadership in AI-integrated software development.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Python with deep experience in building scalable, production-grade systems
• Proven ability to architect and lead development of complex software systems from inception through launch
• Strong background in AI/ML integration within software engineering practices to enhance productivity and product capabilities
