- • Join BrowserStack as an HR Associate in a 12-month rotational program designed to build a comprehensive foundation in Human Resources across key functions.
- • Gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, managing interview pipelines, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
- • Support HR Business Partnering efforts by assisting with employee engagement programs, analyzing attrition and performance data, and addressing day-to-day employee queries.
- • Contribute to Learning & Development by onboarding new hires, coordinating training sessions, and helping design content for employee upskilling and development programs.
- • Manage core HR Operations tasks including HRIS data maintenance, compliance tracking, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire.
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams across HR CoEs to understand how HR strategies align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- • Transition into a permanent, specialized HR role after 12 months based on performance, aptitude, and business needs.
- • Operate in a remote-first environment while being required to reside in Mumbai to attend occasional in-person team meetups and strategic planning sessions.
- • Utilize modern HR tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment and HR processes.
- • Proactively identify inefficiencies in HR workflows and propose actionable improvements with a bias for action.
- • Communicate effectively with employees, candidates, and stakeholders at all levels, building trust and empathy through clear written and verbal interactions.
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities as you rotate between HR functions, maintaining high standards of execution in each area.
- • Support the scaling of HR operations within a fast-growing, globally distributed company serving over 50,000 customers and 1,200 employees.
- • Contribute to a culture of innovation by engaging with AI-driven HR initiatives and modernizing traditional HR practices through technology.

🎯 Requirements
- • Recent graduate with an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources
- • 1-2 years of work experience in the HR field
- • Must be currently based in Mumbai
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Bias for action with ability to proactively improve processes
- • Comfort with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
