📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones for marketing campaigns aligned with Marketing standard practices.
• Execute multiple simultaneous marketing projects and campaigns, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, partnerships, product, and customer experience to ensure alignment and efficient execution of initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating regular communication and updates on project progress and changes.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project performance, outcomes, and lessons learned to functional leaders.
• Identify potential risks to project timelines and outcomes, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Foster a culture of flexibility and agility within the team to support responsive and adaptive project execution.
• Utilize project management software to structure and manage projects for a remote team operating across multiple time zones while maintaining collaboration and communication.
• Maintain high attention to detail and proactively manage multiple priorities without losing sight of strategic objectives.
• Tailor communication style effectively to diverse audiences, applying a people-centered approach to project management.
• Operate within the Marketing Design & Operations team at TCGplayer, an eBay company, supporting brand promotion and sales-driven campaigns across internal and external digital channels.
• Contribute to the evolution of TCGplayer’s brand voice and visual identity as a brand steward within the Marketing Department.
• Support the mission of TCGplayer as the most trusted trading card game platform by enabling scalable marketing initiatives that empower small businesses to sell TCGs profitably.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing projects in e-commerce or related industries
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
• Proficiency in Jira or a similar project management software
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

🏖️ Benefits

• Base salary range of $70,000–$85,000 for Pennsylvania, Georgia, and New York
• Eligibility for target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable)
