  • • In this pivotal role, your primary focus will be on enhancing our data capabilities by creating new reports and refining existing ones. You will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and safety of the data that underpins our strategic business decisions. This involves a deep dive into the metrics that matter, ensuring we have a clear and reliable understanding of our product performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and Data Teams to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable data solutions. This partnership is key to ensuring that our data infrastructure evolves in sync with our product development and business objectives. Your insights will directly influence product strategy, marketing campaigns, and overall business growth.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will involve the meticulous control and monitoring of Marketing and Product metrics. You will become proficient in utilizing powerful analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Tableau to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). This continuous monitoring will allow us to quickly identify opportunities, address potential issues, and optimize our strategies in real-time.
  • • You will be tasked with creating new, insightful reports that provide a clear narrative of our business performance. This goes beyond simple data aggregation; it involves understanding the story the data tells and presenting it in a way that is easily digestible and actionable for stakeholders. This includes collaborating with product owners and developers to maintain high-quality event tracking. Your input will be crucial in aligning on event naming conventions and mapping standards, especially for new features and A/B tests, ensuring data consistency and reliability from the source.
  • • A core function of this role is to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within our datasets. By applying strong analytical skills, you will uncover hidden insights that can inform strategic planning, identify areas for improvement, and highlight emerging opportunities. Your ability to see beyond the surface of the data will be invaluable to the business.
  • • Proficiency in SQL will be essential for extracting and analyzing data to fulfill report requests and ad-hoc analytical needs from various teams. You will be expected to write efficient queries to retrieve the necessary information and perform initial data manipulation and analysis.
  • • Close collaboration with the broader data team is paramount. You will work hand-in-hand with data engineers and other analysts to ensure consistency in reporting methodologies, data quality standards, and overall data governance across the organization. This ensures that our data is a unified and trustworthy asset.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • • Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in a Data Analyst role, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights.
  • • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • • Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, or similar platforms.
  • • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar for data visualization and reporting.
  • • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
  • • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals.
  • • Experience with product analytics, understanding user behavior, and tracking product metrics.
  • • Located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET (Central European Time) to ensure optimal collaboration during working hours.
