- • At Arcadia, we envision a healthcare future powered by data, where every individual can experience happier, healthier days. Our innovative platform unifies diverse and intricate data sources, creating a robust foundation for health management. We are a collective of highly motivated individuals united by a shared commitment to making healthcare more sustainable and accessible.
- • As a Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of this mission, leveraging your passion for data to make a tangible difference in how healthcare is delivered to millions of patients nationwide. You will be empowered to use data analysis as a primary tool for decision-making, contributing directly to the improvement of healthcare delivery systems.
- • Your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-depth data analysis, developing and maintaining analytical dashboards, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will work within a highly collaborative team environment, sharing insights and contributing to a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- • We are seeking individuals who are not only adept at data analysis but are also deeply passionate about improving the healthcare landscape. - • Looking ahead to your first year, you will have successfully completed a comprehensive suite of new analytics dashboards. These dashboards will be specifically designed to support critical payer use cases, focusing on areas such as utilization patterns, cost of care, quality metrics, and risk assessment. Furthermore, you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities and refine our analytics reporting processes.
