📋 Description
- • As a Data Analyst at Marketing Architects, you will be a pivotal member of our Analytics team, tasked with unraveling complex business questions through the meticulous analysis of marketing and media data. Reporting directly to the Director of Analytics, you will collaborate closely with a diverse range of cross-functional partners to ensure our measurement strategies are not only accurate and robust but also insightful and actionable, driving tangible results for our clients.
- • This role places you at the forefront of data exploration, embracing an inclusive approach to empower clients in navigating the intricate landscape of television advertising measurement. You will develop a profound understanding of campaign inputs, underlying assumptions, and resultant outputs. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex data into clear, understandable narratives for both internal teams and clients, guiding them on the implications of the findings and recommending the most effective next steps.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality, accurate analyses that directly address critical business and client inquiries. This involves maintaining rigorous standards for data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the analytical process, ensuring that every insight is built on a solid foundation.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve evaluating the performance of television and streaming campaigns. You will be instrumental in quantifying the impact of these media investments on digital performance metrics, broader business outcomes, and the overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing a holistic view of campaign success.
- • You will be expected to go beyond superficial reporting to uncover deep, actionable insights. This means identifying subtle patterns, potential risks, and emerging opportunities within the data that can significantly strengthen campaign strategies and decision-making, leading to optimized performance and ROI.
- • A critical component of your work will be the validation of data and underlying assumptions. You will proactively question methodologies, data inputs, and analytical outputs to ensure that all results are logical, defensible, and can withstand rigorous scrutiny, fostering trust and confidence in the analytics produced.
- • Your ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives will be paramount. You will leverage data visualization tools to create intuitive dashboards and reports, and articulate findings in plain language, enabling internal teams and clients to confidently understand and act upon the insights derived from the data.
- • You will be an advocate for data-driven decision-making, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization. Your work will directly influence campaign optimization, media planning, and strategic client recommendations, making a significant impact on the success of Marketing Architects and its clients.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge data and analytics tools, contributing to the evolution of TV advertising measurement in a dynamic and innovative agency environment. You will be empowered to explore new analytical approaches and contribute to the development of best practices within the analytics function.
- • You will also play a role in educating internal teams and clients on the nuances of data interpretation and the value of robust analytics in driving marketing success. Your ability to communicate complex concepts effectively will be key to building strong relationships and fostering a data-informed culture.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving, always seeking to understand the 'why' behind the data. You will be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- • Ultimately, your contributions will directly support Marketing Architects' mission to revolutionize TV advertising by making it more accessible, scalable, and measurable for performance brands, solidifying your role as an indispensable asset to the analytics department.
