- • Your primary mission will involve conducting in-depth data analyses to support critical business decisions and enhance overall company performance. This includes delving into customer acquisition, activation, usage patterns, and churn rates to identify key trends and opportunities for growth.
- • You will be instrumental in building and maintaining sophisticated data visualizations and dashboards. These tools will provide clear, concise, and actionable insights, making complex data accessible and understandable for stakeholders across the organization.
- • A crucial aspect of your role will be to monitor and uphold the long-term data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all analytics systems. This involves establishing and enforcing data governance best practices to ensure the reliability of our data foundation.
- • You will be the go-to person for ad-hoc data requests from various business teams, responding in a timely and reliable manner to support their immediate needs and strategic initiatives.
- • Proactively identify and propose new data-driven opportunities. This involves exploring innovative ways to enhance existing processes, uncover new use cases, and contribute to the company's continuous improvement efforts.

- • You will establish and maintain a comprehensive Data Catalog or Data Bible, ensuring all concepts and metrics are well-documented and accessible, fostering a shared understanding of our data landscape.
- • Furthermore, you will develop and maintain an up-to-date Data Analysis Roadmap, making it accessible to everyone in the company, providing transparency and direction for our data initiatives.
- • By the end of your first year, your analyses and models will be integrated into the daily workflows of all major business teams, driving consistent data-informed decision-making.
- • You will conduct deep dives into critical company KPIs, including Acquisition, Activation, Usage, and Churn, providing actionable insights to product and marketing teams to optimize strategies.
- • You will significantly contribute to improving the overall data culture within lemlist, fostering a more analytical and evidence-based approach to business challenges.
- • You will collaborate directly with the C-suite, including the CEO, CPO, CMO, and Head of Sales, providing strategic data-driven recommendations to support high-level decision-making.
- • You will gain a deep understanding of the operational departments' business processes, enabling you to enhance data reliability and uncover new use cases that improve business efficiency.
- • You will build an embedded 360° customer dashboard within the Holistics tool, offering a holistic view of customer interactions and value.
- • You will solidify and expand the Data Catalog, ensuring it remains a robust and accessible resource for all teams across the company.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a profitable, bootstrapped, and high-growth B2B SaaS company, free from the constraints of external funding.
- • You will collaborate with a highly skilled data team, including a Senior Analytics Engineer, a Senior Data Scientist, and a Senior Data Engineer, working on impactful projects that directly influence business strategy.
