• • Jump Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing Engineering team. This fully remote position, based in the U.S., offers a competitive salary range of $90K – $120K and is ideal for individuals with 2–4 years of experience looking to make a significant impact.
• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping data-driven decision-making across the entire organization. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, translating complex business questions into structured, actionable analyses. Your insights will directly influence company strategy, product development, and operational efficiency.
• • A core responsibility will be defining and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and core business metrics. This ensures a unified understanding of success and performance across all departments, fostering alignment and enabling accurate progress tracking. You will be the guardian of our metrics, ensuring their accuracy, trustworthiness, and consistency.
• • You will design, build, and maintain robust reporting and interactive dashboards. The focus will be on creating tools that drive action and strategic adjustments, rather than simply passive monitoring. This involves understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translating them into clear, intuitive visualizations and reports.
• • A significant part of your role will involve performing in-depth data analysis to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and untapped growth opportunities. This requires a blend of technical skill in data manipulation and a keen business acumen to interpret findings and recommend strategic actions.
• • You will contribute to the development and maintenance of clean, scalable analytical data models within our cloud data warehouse. This includes working with fact and dimension tables, adhering to dimensional modeling principles, and ensuring the integrity of our data structures. This foundational work is crucial for reliable and efficient reporting.
• • Building and maintaining reliable data transformations will be key to ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all analytical outputs. You will be responsible for developing robust data pipelines and processes that feed into our reporting and analytical tools.
