Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • As a Data Analyst at Scan.com, you will own end-to-end data work from raw source ingestion through transformation, analysis, and delivery of actionable insights that drive decisions across operations, revenue cycle, marketing, sales, provider success, and product teams.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain dbt models, design and ship Tableau dashboards, partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical deliverables, identify and close data gaps, ensure data quality through testing and monitoring, and contribute to shared analytical infrastructure like macros, documentation, and CI/CD practices.
- • Scan.com is a digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent, with over $100M in VC funding, profitability, and 100%+ YoY growth, operating a B2C marketplace for scan bookings and B2B platforms that use AI to streamline workflows for providers and attorneys.
- • In this role, you will develop deep business context, improve analytical infrastructure, ship high-impact data products, automate manual reporting, and become a trusted analytical partner — with opportunities to stretch into data engineering or data science based on business needs and personal growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong SQL: ability to write complex queries fluently, understand query performance, and construct multi-stage transformations without templates
- • Hands-on experience with a modern data transformation tool, ideally dbt or SQLMesh, including writing tests, documentation, and familiarity with CI/CD practices
- • Experience with a modern cloud data warehouse, preferably Snowflake or BigQuery, with understanding of storage-compute interaction and warehouse-idiomatic SQL
🏖️ Benefits
- • Salary range of $120,000 - $160,000
- • Healthcare, Vision, and Dental coverage
- • 401k plan
- • All necessary equipment provided for remote work
- • Flexible and remote/hybrid working options
- • Personal development budgets
- • 18 days PTO plus public holidays
- • 10 paid sick days
- • Inclusive policies designed by the team
