Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end delivery of data products that power Coda’s B2B Commercial team across 23 global offices. You will translate complex stakeholder questions into crisp SQL queries, then turn the resulting datasets into intuitive Excel reports and interactive Quicksight/Metabase dashboards that executives, account managers, and product managers rely on every day.
- • Become the go-to data partner for revenue-driving decisions. You will sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and finance, ensuring every experiment, campaign, and partnership is measured accurately and explained clearly. Your analyses will directly influence pricing strategy, partner negotiations, and go-to-market timing for Codapay, Custom Commerce, Giftcloud, and other core offerings.
- • Champion data hygiene and governance. You will audit existing pipelines, surface gaps and inconsistencies, and propose scalable fixes that improve trust in our numbers. By standardizing naming conventions, validating upstream sources, and documenting transformation logic, you will raise the bar for data quality across the entire organization.
- • Build and maintain self-service dashboards that reduce ad-hoc requests by 30-50%. You will design KPI trees, craft color-blind-friendly visuals, and embed tooltips so non-technical stakeholders can slice, filter, and drill down without opening a ticket. When new business questions arise, you will iterate rapidly—shipping improvements within days, not weeks.
- • Collaborate with the central data science team on advanced projects such as customer lifetime value models, churn prediction, and market basket analysis. You will prepare clean training datasets, validate model outputs, and translate statistical findings into plain-English recommendations that frontline teams can action immediately.
- • Configure and optimize HubSpot reporting modules to track lead-to-cash conversion, pipeline velocity, and campaign attribution. You will map custom properties, set up calculated fields, and automate alert workflows so regional managers know exactly where to focus their efforts every Monday morning.
- • Support cross-regional teams in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas with time-boxed analytical sprints. Whether it’s sizing the prepaid gaming market in Brazil or benchmarking checkout conversion rates in the Nordics, you will deliver concise memos backed by rigorous data that enable fast, confident decisions.
- • Document everything. From SQL style guides to dashboard user manuals, you will create living artifacts that allow teammates to onboard quickly and reproduce your work effortlessly. Your documentation will live in Confluence and GitHub, ensuring knowledge is never siloed.
- • Embrace a culture of experimentation. You will A/B test dashboard layouts, pilot new visualization libraries, and share weekly “data wins” in Slack to inspire curiosity across the company. Your contagious enthusiasm for evidence-based decision making will elevate the entire Commercial Operations function.
- • Thrive in a hybrid Kuala Lumpur hub that celebrates 57 nationalities. You will join stand-ups at 9 a.m. MYT, pair-program with colleagues in Amsterdam after lunch, and present findings to stakeholders in Singapore before signing off—enjoying the flexibility to work from home two days a week while staying deeply connected to your teammates.
