- • Your primary mission is to serve as a customer-facing expert, delving into their most critical questions surrounding Go-To-Market (GTM) performance, pipeline health, and marketing expenditure. By leveraging the sophisticated capabilities of the HockeyStack platform and its comprehensive data integrations, you will translate complex client inquiries into clear, concise, and impactful recommendations.
- • You will work in close collaboration with our Customer Success team, acting as a dedicated data partner. This partnership is crucial for enhancing the strategic guidance we provide, ensuring our clients not only understand their data but can also act upon it effectively to achieve their revenue goals.
- • A key responsibility will be to deeply understand each customer's unique revenue objectives, their specific challenges, and the pressing questions they need answered. This involves building strong relationships and fostering trust with clients, becoming their go-to resource for data-driven decision-making.
- • You will utilize the HockeyStack platform to conduct in-depth analyses of GTM and marketing data. This analysis will go beyond mere reporting, focusing on delivering clear, actionable recommendations that directly influence client strategies and drive measurable improvements.
- • A significant part of your role will involve the art of translation: taking complex, often technical, metrics and transforming them into straightforward, easily digestible insights for stakeholders who may not have a deep analytical background. This ensures that everyone, from marketing managers to sales leaders, can grasp the implications of the data and contribute to informed decisions.
- • You will act as a vital support system for Customer Success Managers (CSMs), providing them with the analytical expertise needed to offer robust strategic guidance. Your insights will empower CSMs to deliver even greater value to their clients, solidifying HockeyStack's position as a strategic partner.
- • By meticulously identifying trends and patterns within marketing and sales data, you will help clients pinpoint the most effective areas for investment and focus, optimizing their GTM efforts for maximum impact.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. This collaboration is essential for refining the customer experience, identifying opportunities for platform enhancements, and informing the future direction of HockeyStack's product development based on real-world client needs and data insights.
- • You will be instrumental in helping clients understand the 'why' behind their performance metrics, moving beyond surface-level observations to uncover the underlying drivers of success or areas needing improvement.
