- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and translate business questions into actionable data insights
- • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that drive strategic decision-making across the organization
- • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports to support key business functions including marketing, sales, and customer operations
- • Conduct performance analysis for campaigns, product features, and customer journeys using quantitative methods and statistical techniques
- • Support A/B testing initiatives by defining success metrics, extracting relevant data, and interpreting results to guide product and marketing optimizations
- • Perform customer segmentation analysis to identify high-value user groups and inform targeted outreach strategies
- • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting workflows by validating sources, correcting anomalies, and documenting data definitions
- • Translate technical findings into clear, non-technical summaries for stakeholders without analytical backgrounds
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation of data sources, ETL processes, and dashboard logic to enable team scalability and knowledge sharing
- • Partner with engineering and product teams to improve data collection systems and ensure critical business metrics are accurately tracked
- • Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions when inconsistencies or gaps are detected in reporting pipelines
- • Proactively recommend new KPIs or metrics based on evolving business priorities and emerging data trends
- • Deliver regular insights through scheduled reports, ad-hoc analyses, and presentation-style updates to leadership and operational teams
- • Utilize data visualization tools to create intuitive, visually compelling representations of complex data that drive clarity and action
- • Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and relevance in all deliverables to ensure decisions are based on reliable information
- • Adapt analytical approaches based on feedback from end users to continuously improve the value and usability of reporting assets
- • Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis, visualization, and governance to enhance team capabilities and output quality
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in a data or analytics role
- • Proficient in SQL and Excel
- • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
