• Join LTK, a pioneering global technology platform dedicated to empowering lifestyle creators and driving the future of creator commerce. We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst to become an integral part of our Insights & Analytics team, a critical function that fuels the company's strategic decision-making.
• In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting senior analysts and business leaders across key departments, including Product, Finance, and Operations. Your primary objective will be to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence business outcomes, such as revenue growth, customer retention, monetization strategies, and operational efficiency.
• You will be empowered to take ownership of analytics for specific product or business areas, ensuring a clear and measurable link to tangible results. This involves partnering closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to meticulously frame business questions, define success metrics, and translate intricate business challenges into well-defined analytical plans.
• A significant part of your contribution will involve preparing both recurring performance reports and in-depth ad hoc analyses. These analyses will not only highlight current trends and performance but also delve into the underlying 'why,' providing crucial context and actionable recommendations for next steps.
• You will leverage data to construct compelling, evidence-based narratives that empower leaders to make informed and confident decisions, driving the company forward.
• Your analytical craft will be honed through writing efficient, well-structured SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from our robust analytics warehouse. This technical proficiency is key to unlocking the insights hidden within our vast datasets.
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining intuitive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Looker, Hex, or Wisdom. These visualizations will serve as vital monitoring tools for key business funnels, platform health, and critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for diverse audiences across the organization.
• Contributing to the definition and documentation of core business metrics is essential. This ensures consistency, clarity, and trust in the data used across LTK, fostering a shared understanding of our performance.
• You will analyze the results of experiments and A/B tests, meticulously summarizing findings and presenting key learnings in a clear, narrative format that is easily digestible for cross-functional partners.
• A key aspect of this role involves identifying manual or repetitive reporting tasks and collaborating to automate them. This will be achieved through the strategic use of SQL, BI tools, or light scripting, in partnership with senior members of the team, thereby increasing efficiency and scalability.
• You will actively contribute to the refinement of best practices for analytics workflows, dashboard design, and quality assurance (QA), ensuring that the insights generated are reliable, reproducible, and trustworthy.
• You will also contribute to the development of simple, scalable data products, such as core dashboards, standardized reports, and metric definitions, which can be leveraged by stakeholders across the entire business.
• Embracing AI-enabled analytics, you will utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate your analytical processes, summarize findings efficiently, and explore large or complex datasets. Crucially, you will always validate AI-generated outputs with sound judgment and rigorous checks to maintain data integrity.
• You will have the opportunity to experiment with practical AI use cases, such as query generation, documentation enhancement, and insight summarization, aiming to improve team efficiency without compromising trust or accuracy.
• Continuous learning and collaboration are at the heart of this role. You will work closely with Senior and Staff Data Analysts to develop your expertise in problem framing, analytical techniques, and effective stakeholder communication and storytelling.
• You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Finance partners, and Operations teams to gain a deep understanding of their objectives and to help shape how they utilize data in their day-to-day decision-making processes.
• Sharing your learnings, meticulously documenting your work, and actively contributing to a culture of curiosity, intellectual honesty, and continuous improvement within the team are highly valued.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a similar quantitative role.
• Proven track record of using data to support decision-making and problem-solving, from framing a question to delivering a recommendation.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with large, complex datasets in a modern data warehouse environment.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Hex, Wisdom, Tableau) to build intuitive dashboards and reports.
• Solid understanding of basic business and marketplace concepts (e.g., funnels, conversion, unit economics, revenue drivers) and a keen interest in learning how LTK operates and generates revenue.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with a strong quantitative foundation (e.g., in economics, statistics, engineering, math, computer science, or similar).
