  • • Join Unison Infrastructure Solutions LLC, a rapidly expanding investment firm specializing in telecom and renewables infrastructure, funded in partnership with Ardian, a global investment house managing over $150 billion in assets. Since 2003, Unison has been a key player in investing in real estate and infrastructure that hosts wireless and renewables tenants across the United States and Europe. We are actively seeking talented, entrepreneurial individuals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our significant growth.
  • • This entry-level Data Analyst position is based remotely within Germany and is a permanent, full-time employee role. It is perfectly suited for recent graduates, individuals who may not have completed a traditional degree, or early-career professionals with 0-4 years of experience who possess strong computer skills and a genuine eagerness to learn and develop within a professional environment.
  • • As a Data Analyst at Unison, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our vital business information. Your primary responsibility will involve the meticulous collection of data from a diverse array of internal and external sources. This data will be accurately entered and managed within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, forming the backbone of our operational insights and client interactions.
  • • You will be entrusted with the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with data entry and comprehensive records management. This includes ensuring that all information is logged correctly, updated promptly, and organized efficiently to support the broader team's objectives. Your diligence in these administrative duties will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be dedicated to data quality and governance. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining datasets within a structured database environment. This involves implementing rigorous processes to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data. Regular updates, thorough data cleansing, and adherence to strict data handling procedures, including GDPR and internal policies, will be paramount in your daily activities. Your commitment to data integrity will safeguard sensitive information and ensure reliable reporting.
  • • You will serve as a key point of contact for data-related queries from various teams within Unison. This involves understanding their information needs, retrieving relevant data, and updating records as required to provide timely and accurate support. Your ability to respond effectively to these requests will empower your colleagues to make informed decisions.
  • • A unique and important part of your role will involve proactive engagement with government entities. You will be tasked with contacting public authorities to request specific information, diligently tracking the progress of these requests, and meticulously documenting the outcomes. This requires a structured approach to research, identifying the correct departments and individuals within these organizations, and maintaining professional, courteous communication at all times.
  • • You will also be responsible for monitoring progress towards daily, weekly, and monthly goals, ensuring that key performance indicators are met. This involves tracking various metrics and providing updates to management. Furthermore, you will assist in the preparation of basic reports and status updates, translating raw data into understandable summaries that inform strategic discussions.
  • • This role demands adaptability and a proactive mindset. As Unison continues to evolve and expand, you will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by Unison Site Management. This might include assisting with new data initiatives, supporting ad-hoc projects, or taking on responsibilities that align with the company's changing needs. Your willingness to embrace new challenges and learn new skills will be highly valued.
  • • Success in this role hinges on your attention to detail, your comfort with technology, and your ability to manage your workload effectively. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are critical. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to make strategic investment decisions, manage our portfolio effectively, and maintain strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders. This is an exceptional opportunity to launch your career in data analysis within a reputable and growing firm, gaining invaluable experience in the infrastructure investment sector.
