Since its inception in 2003, Unison has been at the forefront of investing in real estate and infrastructure that hosts wireless and renewables tenants across the United States and Europe. We are actively seeking talented, entrepreneurial individuals to join our growing team and contribute to our success.
- • As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our core business operations by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of our data. This position is perfectly suited for recent graduates, individuals who may not have completed a traditional degree, or early-career professionals with 0-4 years of experience who possess strong computer literacy and a genuine eagerness to embark on a rewarding professional journey.
- • Your primary responsibilities will encompass meticulous data collection from a diverse range of internal and external sources. You will be responsible for accurately entering and diligently updating information within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring that all data is current and comprehensive. This role involves performing essential day-to-day administrative and data-entry tasks, which are fundamental to maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow across the organization.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to actively monitor progress towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets, providing insights and flagging any potential deviations. You will offer vital support in generating routine reports and compiling basic data summaries as required by various teams. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to track performance and make informed decisions.
- • You will serve as a key point of contact for data-related queries, responding promptly and providing clear, concise information. Your assistance will be invaluable in updating records and ensuring the overall accuracy of our information repositories. Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain clear and timely communication with internal team members, fostering a collaborative and informed working environment.
- • A significant and unique component of this role involves proactive external communication and research. You will be tasked with reaching out to relevant government entities to gather essential information required for our operations. This will involve employing structured research methodologies to identify the most appropriate contacts within government agencies, ensuring that your approach is professional, courteous, and compliant with all relevant protocols.
- • You will be responsible for organizing the data you collect within a structured internal database. This includes conducting routine data cleansing and accuracy checks to uphold the highest standards of data integrity and security. A critical element of this responsibility is ensuring that all data handling practices strictly adhere to GDPR and other applicable data-protection guidelines, safeguarding sensitive information.
- • Beyond these core duties, you will undertake additional tasks as assigned by Unison Site Management, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to support evolving operational needs. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure to the infrastructure investment sector and develop a robust skill set in data management and analysis.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills such as sorting, filtering, using formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and creating pivot tables, is essential for effectively managing and analyzing data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are paramount, as you will be interacting with various internal stakeholders and external entities.
- • You should be adept at managing and organizing your own workload, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines. The ability to work comfortably both independently and as part of a distributed team is crucial, given our operational structure. A professional demeanor, coupled with a positive, problem-solving mindset, will enable you to navigate challenges and contribute constructively to team efforts.
- • Fluency in both Czech and English is required, enabling effective communication across our diverse team and with external contacts. This role is offered on a self-employed (contractor) basis, providing flexibility in working hours, with the understanding that some overlap with U.S. business hours will be necessary for team conference calls. The position is fully remote, offering the convenience of working from home.
