- • As a Data Analyst for Go-To-Market (GTM) and Customer Success (CS) at Legora, you will be instrumental in empowering our revenue-focused teams with critical data-driven insights. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the analytical backbone for GTM, Customer Success, and Legal Engineering departments, enabling them to accelerate their efforts, make more informed strategic decisions, and demonstrably enhance the value delivered to our legal professional clients.
- • This role is fundamentally insights-driven, requiring you to transform complex usage data, commercial metrics, and customer interaction information into clear, actionable recommendations. You will play a pivotal role in identifying trends in customer adoption, pinpointing opportunities for account expansion, proactively flagging potential churn risks, and effectively articulating the tangible value Legora provides to its end-users.
- • You will be an integral part of the Data & Analytics team, yet your day-to-day work will see you deeply embedded within the revenue organization. This close collaboration ensures you are working hand-in-hand with the individuals who have the most direct contact with our customers, allowing for a nuanced understanding of their needs and challenges.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to drive customer adoption and retention. This involves meticulously analyzing usage patterns across various customer accounts to discern areas of strong engagement, identify points where adoption may be stalling, and understand which specific actions lead to improved user engagement. You will equip the CS and GTM teams with the precise intelligence needed to implement timely and effective interventions.
- • You will also be responsible for delivering valuable insights directly to our customers. This includes building customer-facing usage reports and sophisticated dashboards that clearly illustrate the value law firms derive from the Legora platform. Furthermore, you will support CSMs by conducting ad hoc analyses crucial for strategic customer conversations and business reviews.
- • Enabling self-service analytics is another critical function. You will design, build, and maintain robust dashboards and reporting systems. This initiative aims to empower the GTM, CS, and Legal Engineering teams to answer their own data-related questions independently, thereby reducing reliance on the data team and increasing operational agility.
- • Your contributions will directly support commercial decision-making. By analyzing pipeline data, expansion trends, and churn metrics, you will provide the revenue organization with a clear understanding of what strategies are proving effective and where future focus should be directed.
- • You will be a key partner in the design and execution of experiments and strategic initiatives. Collaborating closely with CS and GTM leads, you will define success metrics, meticulously measure the impact of new onboarding programs, marketing campaigns, and product rollouts, ensuring data-informed adjustments and optimizations.
- • Building and maintaining reliable data foundations is essential. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining the data models and pipelines that underpin all your analytical work, ensuring the underlying infrastructure remains lean, efficient, and scalable to accommodate future growth.
