- • Own the end-to-end creation and delivery of daily, weekly, and quarterly sales-performance dashboards for Globe Life’s LND Sales Division, ensuring every regional manager and agency partner wakes up to accurate, actionable intelligence.
- • Transform raw sales data into compelling visual stories using Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Tableau; build interactive dashboards that allow leaders to slice and dice metrics by territory, product line, and time period in real time.
- • Champion data integrity: design and run automated audits that flag anomalies, missing fields, and downstream impacts before they reach stakeholders; maintain a living library of data-quality rules and remediation playbooks.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Underwriting, Commissions, and IT to reconcile discrepancies, standardize definitions, and implement controls that protect Globe Life’s revenue and reputation.
- • Present findings to Sales Management and Agency personnel—translating complex data into plain-English insights, anticipating questions, and iterating on visuals until every audience, from seasoned VPs to new agents, can act confidently.
- • Continuously refine reporting processes: map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose automation or simplification that saves hours each week while increasing accuracy.
- • Peer-review teammates’ reports for completeness and logic, serving as the last line of defense before insights reach the field.
- • Support ad-hoc strategic projects—pricing studies, competitive benchmarking, and campaign attribution—that shape Globe Life’s next-generation sales strategy.
- • Maintain meticulous documentation: version-controlled Excel templates, Tableau data-source dictionaries, and step-by-step SOPs so knowledge never walks out the door.
- • Stay ahead of the curve: evaluate emerging analytics tools, pilot enhancements, and share best practices during monthly team huddles.
- • Contribute to a culture of curiosity and respect—celebrating wins, learning from misses, and mentoring junior analysts as Globe Life scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree plus 1+ years of analytical work experience OR 2–3 years of relevant experience without a degree
- • Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- • Demonstrated experience with data-visualization tools such as Tableau
- • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
